Yin is a beautiful, deep and slow yoga class focusing on hips, lower back and legs – opening basically everything below your waistline!
The holds are super long – mostly 5 mins minimum and can be up to 20 minutes with some more restorative shapes.
We use bolsters, blankets, blocks, bricks and cushions to make you super comfy and safe.
Candlelight, soft music and a warm and cosy space to wind down after a long working week.
