Hatha Yoga – Open – Taught by Helena this class is suitable for students with some experience of yoga. The class includes asana, pranayama and ends with a short relaxation. More focused on the physical aspects of the practice, it is deeply connected with the breath, and underpinned with references to yoga philosophy. This is an energising and uplifting practice interspersed with moments of stillness.
This class is a lovely way to explore the Hatha Yoga style in it’s own right or as a complement to the Satyananda Yoga taught at the studio. Attending both styles is a great way to develop your understanding and experience of yoga.
