Whether you are a beginner looking to kick up to handstand for the first time or an experienced yogi looking to take your handstand to the middle of the room, this workshop is for you. Poses & drills will be broken down step by step to allow you to develop the strength, coordination & balance required for handstand. We will also be looking at various ways to enter & exit the pose & at refining your handstand for increased hang time.
Julie who will be leading the workshop, became Yoga Teacher in 2012 & has subsequently completed the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Programme. She is also a qualified British Gymnastics Club Coach with 20+ years of coaching “Seeing students develop in the physical aspects of gymnastics which has then led to significant growth in their confidence has always been & is still very rewarding.
