2 hr YOGA superclass including both Yin and Yang style aimed at all levels (except absolute & complete beginners please)
All equipment supplied and the rooms ar toasty and warmly heated underfloor 🙂
We always end with a deep savasana (relaxation) which leads us into time for a cup of tea and some raw chocolate at the end (if you have time).
