I am so excited to offer this mentoring couple of days to re-group, catch up, feedback, answer questions, practice together, receive feedback from teaching, discuss new ideas, adjust and help each other improve, share meals, be in silence together, walk, play and laugh and no doubt a lot, lot more!

Tuesday 10am Welcome class with me – an up beat welcome class to flow some juices!

11.30 – Sharing circle – what you want to get from our time together

Lunch / Brunch

2.15 – Yoga Nidra

2.30 – Teaching sessions / Group Time – Yogis will be teaching and receiving feedback from the group (option to be video’d also). Working through questions and holding space for us all to be.

7pm Dinner

9pm – Yoga Nidra / Evening Meditation / Restorative poses

7.30am Silent morning Pranayama / Meditation / Chant (no speaking until after this morning practice)

8.30am Tea and Fruit

9am Morning Class with me

2.30 Teaching Sessions / Group Time – Yogis will be teaching, receiving feedback and working with each other. Working organically with whatever needs to be worked with.

Mid Summer Yoga Time out

Come and play in the midst of Summer with some strong heated Asana leading into some long held Yin poses. We will use our strength to feel grounded and alive with the added support from the summers energy and light to guide us. We will finish with a long, sumptuous Yoga Nidra.

I see a lot of workshops aimed at getting something, including drills towards a goal or particular Asana. In this session I want to enjoy all Asana – nothing particular to focus on, nothing more than anything else – just being present and grateful for the time to spend together x

Raw choc balls and tea to make sure you don’t crash the car on the way home!

Yin Yoga Class

A Beautiful restorative and opening Yin Yoga Session focusing mostly on the hips but encorporating the whole body as well. 

Deep, longer holds in mostly floor Asana that allow prana to move to places that are blocked, stuck or just stubborn 🙂

We will use lots of props and blankets for comfort and relish into a deep long Yoga Nidra at the end to restore and renew energy and emotions before leaving the space.

Open to all levels are we can modify, adjust and suipport all bodies in the beautiful practice.

Wear something warm and comfortable – you will create deep heat in some of the hip holds, but you will need to reapply layers at the end for Yoga Nidra as then the body temperature will drop.

CPD Mentoring Workshop – Shoulders!

This 3 hour workshop will look at shoulders. Why do we need to open them, what we stash there and why! In today’s fast and furious stressful on line world we hold and store stress within the shoulders and then the neck. Lets play with some techniques to open and make space around the shoulders, neck and upper back.

Designed for Teachers, Trainees and those with a long practice record 🙂

I am also teaching a Yin Yoga Class after from 4pm – 6pm, so there is a price for both below also.

Handstand Workshop with Julie Halliday

Whether you are a beginner looking to kick up to handstand for the first time or an experienced yogi looking to take your handstand to the middle of the room, this workshop is for you. Poses & drills will be broken down step by step to allow you to develop the strength, coordination & balance required for handstand. We will also be looking at various ways to enter & exit the pose & at refining your handstand for increased hang time.

Julie who will be leading the workshop, became Yoga Teacher in 2012 & has subsequently completed the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Programme. She is also a qualified British Gymnastics Club Coach with 20+ years of coaching “Seeing students develop in the physical aspects of gymnastics which has then led to significant growth in their confidence has always been & is still very rewarding. I now find that I am seeing the same thing in the students in yoga class. You are never too old to get that excitement and rush from achieving something new.” – Julie

We have 2 yoga sessions most days (only one on the day off and arrival day), each session is 2 hours.

Mornings are energising and uplifting and afternoons are more Yin and meditative based.
