So I am delighted to invite you to another Isle of Wight Weekend Yoga retreat. This one runs in September on the weekend of the 21st ending on Sunday 23rd.

This weekend yoga retreat offers 10 hrs of yoga, including morning meditation & pranayama, flowing yang morning asana, and a deeper restorative asana with yoga nidra in the afternoon.

This Isle of Wight Yoga Retreat is beautiful and so easy to get to, either get the train and walk onto a ferry at Southampton, or drive onto the ferry from there or from Portsmouth. At the other side its a 20 min drive or taxi.

We have BARGAIN prices of £280 (for twin room sharing) or £350 (single room), or £260 for a bunk Bed room; or if you are a couple and want a double room, £250 each.

We are practising yoga in a new barn conversion with great under floor heating; we will eat amazing organic vegetarian food (mostly wheat and dairy free), along with lots of raw chocolates and great people to meet and chat with. Also free time for massage andbeack walks.

Massage and Reiki is available daily with Tam McGann – and if you havent’ ever had a treatment from her – she is AMAZING! As Tam is also a yoga teacher her treatments on retreats are first class and really hit the spot; very special indeed!
